Previously, Alex worked as Head of Co-op Health which is the business that PHOENIX UK has recently acquired.
Alex will lead the integration of Co-Op Health into the PHOENIX UK Group to provide patients, Numark members and Rowlands with a market leading service offer.

Alex said, “I am delighted to join PHOENIX UK at an exciting time for the business and the market. Too often digital is seen as a threat to traditional community pharmacy, but I believe the two can and should support one another. They should be two sides of the same coin. Community pharmacy will not survive if it does not embrace digital: my challenge is to ensure that digital becomes a friend not a foe for Numark members and provides convenience for Rowlands patients.
I have big ambitions in this field and in 2021 we will deliver some bold service propositions. Digital will play an important part in the growth strategy of the business and its Numark members”.
